Payment Authorization & Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a booking and providing payment information, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You authorize Golden Concept and its merchant processor to charge your credit/debit card for the total amount shown, including taxes, fees, and surcharges.
2. You understand this charge may appear on your statement as GOLDEN CONCEPT EXOTIC TRAVEL or a related descriptor.
3. You have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Cancellation Policy at this website.
4. You understand that airline tickets and travel services may be non-refundable or subject to supplier penalties.
5. You agree that eligible refunds may take up to 45 business days after you submit a complete cancellation request and the supplier confirms the refund.
6. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute until at least 45 business days have passed and you have allowed Golden Concept 10 business days to respond to your billing inquiry.
7. You understand that agency service fees, processing fees, and supplier-imposed penalties are non-refundable.
8. You acknowledge that clicking "Book Now," "Pay Now," or completing this transaction constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms.

Service Disclaimer

Golden Concept acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Supplier failures, delays, or cancellations
• Overbooking by airlines or hotels
• Luggage loss or damage
• Travel disruptions due to weather, strikes, or government action
• Visa or immigration issues
• Health or medical emergencies during travel
• Lost or stolen personal items

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against these risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Concept's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your booking. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
